The Man On The Flying Trapeze

A rainy grey day on the island as visible above, the shot taken towards the next islands. A good catch as I picked a bag of trumpet chanterelles during my walk with the camera. The plants, leaves, reeds and everything look a bit tattered and torn - which brought to mind this classic performance. Including some very funny lines "who wants fat hair! - how's that killer, etc.", which we used to enjoy so much around 40 years ago when we as university students found Spike Jones.
