Corran Ferry

Very heavy downpours until late afternoon.

We set off for home taking the 'long way' from Mull, i.e. the scenic route to Salen and then using the Fishnish to Lochaline Ferry, then the Corran Ferry and then through Glencoe. The scenery was wonderful, where we could see it through the heavy rain. When we arrived at Corran the Ferry, which is pretty small, was just arriving. There were a good number of cars waiting and we were surprised that we got on, albeit the second last car.

A late lunch stop at the Green Welly Shop and Restaurant in Tyndrum and then a straight run home as the weather gradually improved.

We all had a great holiday despite the ex Hurricane and the continuous rain. I hope you enjoyed the the variety of photos from Mull and that you might want to visit sometime.
