Marwick

Up in Birsay for the day and started at the bird hide at The Loons. Quite a lot about, with 600+ golden plover over the marsh and two hen harriers, lots of snipe etc.
I walked along to Marwick and took a few photos...I've often shot this scene but it is hard to ignore. A glaucous gull flew past and there was a flock of about 20 snow buntings on Marwick Head. Not much else- a wheatear and a redpoll at the village.
