Nevada 11 days post surgery

Nevada is returning to normal 11 days status post rectal tumor removal except diet & continuation of stool softener. He has learned not to lick & doesn't need to wear neck cone anymore. Since the surgery was done in the VET's office to save $6+k, we are prayerful that our VET was able to get all of the tumor & that the cancerous cells had not already migrated to other locations because we can not afford additional surgery or chemo & radiation. It is my hope that he can live his projected 2-4 year normal life span and die peacefully of old age.
