Under the Light

Today was a total non starter.

Ended up having to take a diazepam to calm down and get to sleep last night , so this morning I woke later ; 10am.
I didn't get to the supermarket , I lay on the sofa, feeling not a lot and fell asleep in the afternoon.
I reluctantly got showered and dressed at 7pm to get to a friends house for a catch up.

I did an online shop , coming tomorrow morning. I have promised myself that I will be up and dressed for it coming. Again, we'll see if that happens. It's just so hard to get motivated to do something if it's not totally necessary. No motivation or energy.

This tree is near my friends house and the colours are lovely even at night.
