He stayed over last night and was an absolute charm . In bed by 8 and slept till 7.
My back is almost back to normal . The muscle spasms have stopped and I finally had a decent night's sleep .

May catch a movie this afternoon . I want to see Shutter Island and Dan wants to see Cop out but I'm tired of Bruce Willis .

At three this afternoon , every Canadian will be glued to the tv rooting for the Canucks . Go Canada Go ! If they win they will have beaten every country with the most gold medals won at the winter Olympics :) Keeping my fingers crossed .
