Today I decided to get dressed and venture out for a while . The one hour shopping was enough and now I'm back on the couch nursing my bad back. Thanks for all the comments yesterday :) Your good wishes and recommendations brightened my day .

Boston is sleeping over tonight and it's a shame I won't be able to pick him up .. Calling Dr Mike (chiropractor) on Monday .
