Places to avoid when it's windy: Number 1.

Walking though sand dunes with great sloping sides rising up to the left and right of you, and with wind blasting at you is probably more than a bit silly.
Just after taking this photo I had to wrap my scarf around Tess's face so she could walk through a mini sandstorm.
After that it became more pleasant and we walked over Braunton Burrows.

I didn't do much else today other than the wages for the shop, and I finally used up the last of the crab apples - spiced, pickled crab apples no less! They're probably disgusting but I'd run out of ideas of things to do with them.
