Showery, but nothing to deter a stroll on the beach. It's quite mild.

Collected Mrs CMC Snr from Stromness as the Current Mrs Creel is going to cook a roast hen. I helped by digging up some carrots, parsnips, tatties and beetroot.

We are hoping tonight's dancing will provide more of a challenge as last night's class was dire. I suppose we have to suffer for our art, although both of my lugs are intact.

Last week in Kirkwall there wasn't a red balloon in sight.
