Never stop learning

Being an evolutionary ecologist at Rockefeller I learn something new everyday. Normally these new bits of knowledge involve fancy molecular techniques, the newest advances in microscopy, details of the functioning of the brain and more in that direction. Occasionally, however, there is still much to be learned in unexpected corners: here is my colleague Christoph showing us a fly (!) that lives in ant nests. Yes, this is a fly, not its larva or anything, a adult fly that really cannot (be called a) fly anymore.
