Tree of triumph

Today's victory was achieved over the useless BT Internet. Their "service" to my parents, over the last month or so, has been abysmal, characterised by repeated broken promises and misleading assurances that they would fix a problem. A swift phone call to Sky secured a new deal, saving £15 per month. This grand tree summarised my mood.
