Birthday Present!

This was one of my presents that I got for my birthday last year. My best friend, Taylor, made it for me. Tay is two years older than me, and she lives close to me. We have known each other for a very long time. We used to play dress up, play with Barbie dolls, and go swimming all the time. Over the years we have grown even closer, and I look at her as if she is my big sister. I know that she is always here for me and that I can trust her with everything. In elementary school I was very shy. The summer before seventh grade, when I moved up to the high school, was the summer that Tay and I were together almost every day. Tay has a very outgoing personality, and she helped me come out of my shell and open up to meeting new people and trying new things. I honestly don’t think I would be the way I am today without Tay’s influence, and that is a good thing. She is at college now so I don’t get to see her that much anymore. Her house was like my second home, and I miss going there all the time when she was home. Each of these pictures reminds me of something we did together, or an important event in our lives. Either we are at her graduation, the beach, the pool or on a long walk. We have made so many great memories, and I’ll never forget everything she has done for me.
