Chimney

One of my favorite streets in Riverside, Jacksonville, is River Boulevard. It fronts on to the St Johns River and is the only street where you can walk right next to the river, albeit only for a few hundred yards.

Some of the houses are out of this world but you pay a premium for the uninterrupted view of the river.

This brick chimney attracted my attention because of the vents in each side, something I would guess is peculiarly American.

The B&W conversion was done in Photoshop CS3.
