Sullivan Creek - logjam construction

More work with big machines today. A cool component of this project was incorporating large cottonwood poles into the backfill of the logjam. With a little bit of luck some of these poles will survive through the winter and begin increase the stability of the logjam through root cohesion and also add mass to the logjam.
