Bake Away Your Troubles

I thought if I'm going to work in a bakery, I should get some practice with handling doughs, and making slices, which is something I haven't done in a while.
This is Churchill square, which is chocolate, coconut and raspberry goodness! It's the recipe we used in the family bakery.

Mario's insisting I see a lawyer re my (not) job. He's made an appointment for Monday.
I'm very nervous, as I'm worried that by taking a personal grievance, I'll never work again, and also, if I lose, we'll have to pay the lawyer's fee, which will surely be the finish of us.
What do you think I should do?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and I'm still waiting to be paid!
