Built as a luxury residential complex in the 1920s, during the Occupation was the German Army headquarters, now it's part of the EU heart of Brussels.

And this week the location for the Arctic Futures symposium. This year the symposium is about the people and the economies of the Arctic, and the most inspiring speakers so far are from the indigenous Arctic communities.
