We both work up really early today. We had time doing crafts together and started sewing a dress. She thought it hilarious that a cherry tomato was all I found to be the nose of her "happy breakfast". We wee the latest we have ever left for school so for the first time we drove to school.

She seems to have had a good day. She did writing in her one to one as well as with another teacher. She had "wraps and all sorts for lunch". My parents and I were talking after school. I said "I think he's losing his marbles". Katie tapped me and said "I got a marble but I can't remember what for". We carried on talking. She tapped me again. "I've remembered. The lady came about the pirates and needed paper". And from this she told me a lady's been coming in to do work on some pirates and Katie finished hers today.

Granny and grandad arrived just after us. I cooked a carbonara which Katie ate very quickly followed by fruit then ice cream. Yet when G&G had gone, she are a second bowlful of pasta! She has really enjoyed reading a new non-fiction reading book and red if to them and then to bed!
