Hyde Park

This afternoon we took the children to Perth's own Hyde Park. This one has a lovely water park which they spent a happy time playing in. Katie started at first a bit reserved with it, but then got into the challenge of seeing if she could make it all the way through the biggest fountains. Max of course got completely drenched. Katie and Edie came and played on the hill for a while. We took a walk round the lake. A photographer was out doing some shots. He had a polaroid camera with him and heard me explaining to Katie about his magic camera, and he came and took a photo of the girls and I by the lake which he gave us. Katie loved watching the photo develop. We took the kids climbing up the huge trees (I am holding on to Max, who is high up in the tree!) before they had a play in the adventure playground.
