I could have shown an exciting picture of the Isle of Man ferry under way from Douglas to Heysham.

However people are much more interesting.

Passengers travelling with dogs have the benefit of a small saloon or lounge where they can accompany their pets and vice versa. This small lounge breaks the rule that says people never talk to strangers.

There is instant conversation and the people are just as friendly as their pets.

Although I no longer have a dog I still like to sit here.

If you look very carefully you will see the notice that says dogs are not allowed on the seats!
