Calla Lily

Such a beautiful flower. I treated myself to a $10 plant a couple of days ago. I'm looking forward to having the time to plant it over the weekend.

Today I was at work in body, if not in mind.

The kids were pretty good considering I didn't have much by way of voice.

For tea, baked Tarakihi with lemon, pepper and fresh Thyme from my garden. Home made garlic bread and salad with cherry tomatoes fresh from the vine. Some of the flavours made it through the fog which is this horrible allergy/cold thing. It was quite delicious.

I love the colours in this shot. Not my best technically, but the colours just blow me away and that's what it's all about today.
