Crummock Water

The suggestion of a misty morning made me and SueT get up early for a photoshoot before breakfast. We didn't get the mist but we did have a good half hour down at the edge of Bassenthwaite with the early light.

After breakfast the group went out to Crummock Water. The morning was spent with a walk through the woods. I was struggling to get into the swing of things, partly through exhaustion. I revived after lunch when we reached the water, first the river with a dramatic bend, then the lake.

A full day out and not long to shower, change, download photos and sort the required ten for the evening slot. I wasn't happy with most of my pictures but that wasn't a surprise. Hopefully I will be more tuned in tomorrow.
