Dubrovnik: Day 1

Sodding blip's just lost everything I've spent ages writing.......

So in brief:

Up at 3am.

Caught flight to Dubrovnik (after a slight delay at the airport when my camera and hand luggage set off all kinds of scary alarms)

Stunning drive from airport, including first glimpse of the Old Town from the road high above it.

Hotel slightly disappointing and not as posh as either it (or Thomsons) thinks it is.

Wander to Gruz harbour to lurk outside the 2 multi-multi-million pound super yachts moored there, in the hope of being offered fizz and a life of luxury.

Give up and head back to hotel.

Potter.

Dinner.

Bed.
