Japanese Holiday day 16, Hiroshima

Another day of travelling with a break in the journey at Hiroshima to visit the peace park and atomic dome memorial. A very emotional place as the dome is maintained as it was after the blast to serve as a reminder of what nuclear weapons do to people and their homes, but with typical Japanese surrealism the Japanese hawaiian band were playing on the river bank with the memorial as a backdrop.
