Japanese Holiday day 15, King of Ramen

Went to our first ticket restaurant where you choose your items, pay, collect the tickets then present them to the staff who show you to a table and then bring your items when they are ready. I have no idea if this is supposed to be more efficient than the conventional method, but it didn't seem like it. It's certainly the first time I have ever seen raw eggs included in the condiments tray though!
