Six today...

I can't believe 6 years have passed since Ferguson's birth, it feels like yesterday.
Looking at the time on the clock, he was just 30 minutes old & now he's 6 years....
So much has happened to him in his short life, so much change & adapting, I often wonder how he truly feels inside...
Anyway here he & I are with his presents.
A bike was the biggie, followed by lots of Star Wars related items.
I was a little annoyed in Ian that when Ferguson wanted to FaceTime him, he was clearly otherwise engaged & then made some shitty excuse about being out.
Anyway, F & I had a lovely, special Mummy/Son morning & I let him have birthday cake for breakfast.
When Ian turned up, we helped F try & ride on two wheels for a little while before heading out to McDonald's (F's choice...!) for a birthday lunch.
The food was shit, but at least the little man enjoyed it.
Ian took him back for the remainder of the afternoon. The poor child had to have an early night though- he's back at school tomorrow..
