Nearly Missed Him

This chap was hanging there picking off the insects lilac.
I was amazed he stayed long enough for me to go and get the camera.

It was flu jab time this morning - and what a lovely morning it was too.

I think I might do a series (following on from yesterday) on autumn colours and the final flowers.

There is something nice about a minimalist shot I really like - although it doesn't prevent me taking shots of very busy scenes.

I have spent a while doing some turning today and for one everything seemed to go quite well with no disasters.

Yesterday, in the series of eyes, I forgot to put up the weird eyes of the lady in Boots who occationally gives SWMBO a bit of slap.
She was getting some strange looks, but it was getting the job done ........... showing how the mascara enlarges the eyes.
