Disaster averted

Ferguson's birthday list for Ian's 40th consisted of a new plectrum for his guitar, a "colourful" heart picture & a strip of passport photos. He'd made some signs likened to the same thing I made for Caroline when it was her birthday but the unpredictability of an old analogue photo booth didn't do him any favours contrast-wise.
It was a disaster as far as he was concerned. Salvation was sought in me handing him my newly acquired sharpie pens & letting him go to town on his face.
He was pretty pleased with his creativity.
