Snake charmers

After a teary drop off at school with Ferguson, a reasonable days work, 20 or so parcels at the post office & collection form French Club, Ferguson & I headed to Maebh's birthday party.
Leo & Ferguson were the 2 token specially chosen boys, pretty much all the rest were girls.
After a fabulous spread of party food- including chocolate spread sandwiches & rainbow jelly, the fun began with an array of animals.
"Ranger Rob" had lizards, a scorpion, tarantula, cockroach, a huge boa constrictor amongst many other unexpected things that you wouldn't think to see at a little girls' sixth birthday.
In a room full of girls, Ferguson & Leo were perhaps the most cowardly. With dual bravery, they managed a combined "hold" of Bob.
