Feeling Cold....

...... and hot, shivery, sick, dizzy, seeing double, headache, stomach pains. All because I have withdrawn from my anti depressant and then I am having none for multiple days before I start a new one on Saturday.

I have had no contact with the hospital (or anyone) for a few days and that is causing this to be all so difficult.

Thank you for all your concern and supportive comments, I haven't had the inclination to be on blip. It is really touching and appreciated.
I know I have let you all down. Sorry.
