Pizza special

How the time flies now the days are getting shorter!
It's time for tea before you know it.
So it was a quickie tonight.

I buy Dr Oetker's Restorante Pizza Special for the freezer.
Then for a quick meal just add red peppers, sliced red onions, mushrooms, fresh sliced tomatoes, grated cheddar and parmesan, Italien herbs, and a splash of Pili Pili oil.
Cook in very hot oven for about 15 mins. and serve! With a glass of red wine!
Tea sorted.
