Shady Glade

Managed a longer than planned walk with Ted this morning, felt good so took the longer route back home, my marvellous phone tell me it's 2.77 miles, not bad.

Had a lovely meet up with Shirley and then onto the Dentist for check up and Hygienist for a clean........all good with not work to be done!! Woohoo
