Miniature Bell

This is a tiny bell that Matthew made with his lathe, his first piece of work on the lathe! Made with no pattern or template, completely freehand.....clever chap.

I went to visit my friend Sarah for another Reiki session, so relaxing and peaceful. We had a good girlie chat afterwards and I came home feeling calm and less anxious.

My leg muscles and bones seem to be aching more than ever today, I know it's only another side effect of the treatment along with the stomach upset, bloating, heartburn and skin rashes, it's quite strange how these things become normal very quickly and you just get on with them but this evening I'm bloomin' fed up with them!!
