Prayers

Dad had another episode where he couldn't get his breath this morning, but he managed to recover by sitting quietly. Not a good start to the day, and he hasn't been breathing as well today as he was yesterday. We managed to get him to the GP surgery for a blood test which is needed before he can have his CT scan on Friday, though the pouring rain didn't make things easy.

The sun came out this afternoon, so I went for a walk around Tiptree to clear my head before dinner, and took this picture of St Luke's which has been Mum and Dad's Church since they moved here nearly 11 years ago. Mum has asked for Dad's name to be added to the prayer list for the combined churches in the area, and the moral support from their fellow worshippers will certainly be very welcome.
