Cheese Museum

We are back in the Yorkshire Dales for a couple of days, but with the car this time so that we can see some of the places we missed when we were walking. We stopped in Hawes on the way and went to the Wensleydale Creamery. Unfortunately we couldn't watch the cheesemaking as they weren't doing any today but we did go round the museum and learnt a bit about the production process.
