A surprise visitor!

I heard odd squawking noises in the garden and only just grabbed the camera in time to take a shot through the window of this magpie in the garden. It dived down to pick up some of the fat nibbles from the ground feeder.

A busy day, starting with an early appointment at the top end of the village. B dropped me off as the weather was a bit damp and miserable, but by the time I had finished the skies were blue and sunny so I walked home. Sewing group was quiet and the ladies that I normally transport were not attending, so I walked there and back. Good for the body and soul!!!
