Near Miss
I may possibly have bumped in to Bliper Tochter Pleach today who was also at the annual "Alternative Market" in Altusried.
Had never been before and Mr&MrsB had recommended it and indeed were also there today but had done the rounds and were on the way home as we passed each other on the road a few kilometers away.
The market is in the town cente, very crowded but very friendly. Combination of organic food, local crafts, beer and snacks. I had dropped Angie & the dogs off nearby and then parked some distance away. It took us ages to find one another, the mobile network totally overloaded. Text messages took over an hour to be sent and most of the time one couldn't get a connection. Eventually reunited, I sat down with the dogs in a small park while Anhgie had a look around. There was an awful lot to see but the mass of people made it difficult.
After several hours we made our way home. Even Luna was pleased, jumping in to the car boot on her own and then sleeping for hours afterwards. She quite enjoyed it and it was good for her to be in the crowds. Flash doesn't like all the bussle. Still on balance a good day and rounded off by Mr&MrsB popping by in the evening for a chat. MrB has a new old tractor in the garage which will no doubt be the subject of a future Blip or two. No tractor in todays's Blip although I took one but it didn't "fit".
Angie posing with T-Shirt is the Swabian version of a slogan used by Bavarian Television using the Bavarian wording "Da bin ich daheim". (Here I am at home).
The Bavarian dialect has in turn it's own regional variations - for Germans only, here a wicked version of Da bin ich daheim.
