Giving Tree Shadows

Some trees just fit the title of Giving Tree .....like the one in the book of the same title by Shel Siversteen. This tree trunk looked old....looked as though it had seen many things during it's long life and perhaps provided some shade and respite for a child or tired traveler. I see it everyday that I walk with the hooligans at the country park. As I tinkered around in editing I remembered it is momo Monday shadows and I haven't done an entry in a long time. So this weathered and rugged and lovely tree trunk wrapped in fall leaves is my entry for today.
