the long road

after yesterday evening's amazing clear sky (and even clearer starry walk back from the pub later) we woke to a couple of inches of snow! fortunately it wasn't a very obstinate snow and didn't stick to the roads or the wheels, though we were a bit worried about driving home - mostly because of those big ditches! i love it there - its a weird place and i love it almost as much as the mountains!
