Playing with Fire

With perhaps slight apprehension, we did what we've been dying to do since we moved in- we lit our "that-could-heat-a-barn" log burning stove!

The effect was lovely, but I don't think we got it going quite right as we burnt through a lot of wood very quickly for only a modest amount of heat.

But still, we rather like it!
