To Judge at the Show

Today was the day for me to judge the honey exhibits at the annual Andreas Root Show.

There were very few exhibits and the job only took a moment to complete.

However I was at the show for much longer than expected because I got talking to Steve, seen here, who had been appointed as my judge's steward.

He was a man I found to be most interesting to talk to. His interests were old cars and home brewing, amongst a great number of other things.

Am I just imagining this or has the world become slightly surreal?
