Autumn Morning, New Town, Edinburgh

I am just getting used to the new flat I have been in since the end of July because for most of that time I have been away from Edinburgh.

The trees opposite are now changing colour and this morning they were almost glowing in the early light. Soon however they will be bare which will open up a wider view to the Forth and the hills of Fife.

After a very busy day in Parliament I am attending a dinner in Strathclyde University tonight and then going on to Aberdeenshire in preparation for some events there tomorrow.
