Battle Barge

A wet morning dried up to a sunny and windy afternoon. A fairly warm day when out of the wind but a cold nip in the wind.

A busy day at work in the museum with photos and getting ready for Wool Week, that starts this coming weekend.
After work, me and mam went to Sandwick to look at a poly tunnel and veg plot for me in the local community allotments. I think I'll take the plot and have to start looking into growing my own veg :)

This morning a large military looking vessel from Norway arrived in Lerwick harbour. I didn't pay too much attention to it arriving but when I was out for a walk at lunchtime, the gun and radars make the oil workers accommodation barge look like it's turned into a mean machine :)
