Go Love

Yeah! A nice addition to my utility pole series and a fun thing to see as I was leaving the doctor's office this morning - just a regular 6 monthly checkup and to get my annual flu shot.

Received some good news this morning on this basement repair odyssey that is still dragging on - a test for some potential asbestos in our utility/laundry room came back as negative, a load off my mind. I haven't been noting the basement project in my blips as it has been unbearably tedious.

My back had one of its occasional blowouts yesterday and I was stuck on the floor unable to move for a little while, never a fun experience but I've been in this situation before so I know not to panic - the cats came and sat on me until I was able to start moving again. :-) Moving better today and took a 40 minute walk to help loosen things up.

Hoping the rest of the week goes smoothly.
