The breakaways

Got woken up early this morning by the couples next to our camper! Up at 7 to explore 'lovely' Coober Pedy. Coober Pedy is town that mines opals. They all live underground...it's so bizarre. We went to an underground church and then a museum, both a little dull! Next stop was the breakaways which were absolutely incredible. We both weren't expecting to see such an amazing landscape just after CP.
Rallied along up the Stuart highway to Erldunda. Stopped for fuel at Marla which wasn't a town at all. When we arrived in Erldunda we decided instead of staying in Desert Oaks resort we might as well continue along to the next camping site to save time. We stopped at Mount Ebenezer Roadhouse to camp there but then again decided to continue on to Yulara. So many aboriginals at Mt. Endnezer Roadhouse. Arrived in at 7 in Yulara. Booked into a campsite and we both had a earlyish bed. Stars were pretty amazing tonight.
