A Really Lovely Day

As we drove home from Edinburgh at 9.15 this evening, the temperature showing on the car information panel was 17degrees! On the last day of September! Now this I could get used to.

After a useful yoga class, the butler and I drove to Peebles and the Tweeddale Gallery where friedaquilter's stunning 52 journals exhibition is in its last few days. As lucky blip-colleagues we have seen the journals and even the inspirations but that was nothing compared to seeing them in the flesh. If you can get there, do go. And lovely to blipmeet and to introduce the butler to the lovely lady.

Then on to Sister and Nephew 2 to join them in a little exam related celebration.

All that and imagist poetry to boot!
