The Start of the Beginning?

As the amazing new Hydro Arena opens its doors on the north side of the Clyde, a blast from the past, reminding us of the magical turning point for Glasgow which happened on the South side of the Clyde 25 .... yes 25 .... years ago. I think this was when the City decided it had a future as well as a past.
