BT blown it AGAIN
Spent an hour this morning waiting for the help chat system and then talking to a service technician from BT.
Seems the conversion to BT Mail has not worked and has resulted in access to my BT being blocked.
They promise to get email working for me within 48 hours.
The arrogance of BT is just unbelievable, they cock it up and think 48 hours to put it right is somehow doing me a favour.
