Toasting marshmallows

This week is officially "inter-disciplinary week" or as some schools would call it "classrooms without walls". Today we were out in the local vicinity geocaching and barbecuing. The weather was perfect and the students got really into making the fire and cooking the food. It must be at least 20 years since I have eaten marshmallows cooked over an open fire. Here is one being cooked to absolute perfection! The slower the cooking the more they totally melt in your mouth. Yum, yum!
