Swan Family

A 14 mile walk today more by accident than design. We meant to catch the ferry at Topsham but we arrived at 2.45 and due to the tides, the last ferry went at 2.30 so we had to walk all the way back to Exeter, another 2 hours' walk.

The swan in front was using it's webbed feet to forge a channel for the rest of the family to swim through. It looked like hard work.
