Keep on movin

Today whilst doing chores around the house I have been listening to Absolute 80's radio - a departure from my usual TalkSport.

The 80's were my teen & uni years some kind - some real heartbreak moments.

But it's also the time I met these 3 great ladies at college & later where we were flat mates at University.

We wore the big hair & big shoulder pads & we partied hard.

They were some of my best years / but as Jazzy B says you need to Keep on Movin.
